Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Orders within Spain are shipped via GLS or UPS. Orders to Europe are shipped via UPS. Orders to the rest of the world are shipped via TNT or FedEx.

A signature is required upon delivery, so please make sure someone is available to receive the package.

Delivery time
HeyShop is a small studio, and each poster is printed on demand once payment is confirmed. Shipping times vary depending on the product.

Orders are typically shipped from Barcelona within 3–5 working days.

HeyShop is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order.

Example rates:

  • Spain: 6€ – 14€
  • European Union: 14€ – 35€
  • United Kingdom: 30€
  • United States: 32€ – 35€
  • Rest of the World: 30€ – 68€

Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with an item purchased directly from HeyShop, it can be exchanged or returned. Specially produced items are not eligible for return.

To request a return or exchange, please email us with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and ship the item back within 14 days after that. Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Returned items must arrive unused and in their original packaging. Once received, we'll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 30 days.

Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us right away at hey@heyshop.es. We'll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please only accept packages that show no visible signs of damage. If you choose to accept a visibly damaged package, note this on the delivery form next to your signature. If the product turns out to be affected, email us immediately with photos of both the packaging and its contents, and keep all original packaging. You must notify us within 7 days and return the item within 14 days.
